apologized
to
her
ex-husband,
actor
Scott
Wolf,
for
her
past
behavior,
saying
she
experienced
“breakthrough
drug-induced
mania
with
psychosis.”

“Wow
…
I
have
taken
about
100
deep
breaths
to
write
this,”
Kelley
posted
Saturday

on
Instagram.
“How
do
I
even
start.
It’s
been
a
year
since
I
recognized
what
everyone
around
me
could
see:
I
was
not
well,
and
I
needed
help.”

She
continued:
“I
felt
like
my
brain
had
been
hijacked,
and
the
world
was
moving
at
the
speed
of
a
freight
train.
It
turns
out
that
is
exactly
what
happened,
but
I
didn’t
know
it.”

Kelley,
who
rose
to
fame
on
2000’s
“The
Real
World:
New
Orleans,”
said
she
was
“completely
delusional”
for
a
time
and
her
“breakthrough
drug-induced
mania
with
psychosis,”
was
caused
by
“stress,
past
trauma,
hormonal
shifts,
and
hallucinogens
mixed
with
prescribed
medications.”

In
her
Instagram,
she
noted
she
was
experiencing
“grand
and
delusional
ideas,”
including
“that
I
was
in
the
CIA
and
running
for
President!”

She
apologized
to
Scott
for
the
things
she
said
and
posted
that
they
were
“not
based
in
truth
or
reality.”

Her
post
comes

one
year
after
she
was
arrested
in
her
Utah
home
on
suspicion
of
electronic
communication
harassment
and
electronic
disclosure
of
personal
identifying
information.
Earlier
that
week,
she
had
seemingly
confronted
her
husband
through
a
post
on
Instagram
stories,
writing,
“Scott:
Send
the
kids
now!!!
No
more
games.
This
is
war,”
she
wrote,

according
to
Page
Six.
“Last
chance
and
then
I
go
to
the
press.”

The
arrest
also
came
just
hours
after
Scott
was
granted
sole
custody
of
their
three
children.

In
Kelley’s
Saturday
Instagram
post,
she
refers
to
Scott
as
her
husband,
who
showed
his
support
by
commenting
five
heart
emojis.
It’s
unclear
if
the
two
are
back
together,
and
Scott’s
reps
did
not
immediately
respond
to
a
request
for
comment.

She
addressed
her
family
in
her
Instagram
post,
saying
there
“won’t
be
a
day”
she
doesn’t
thank
God
for
them.

“Causing
you
pain
and
being
the
reason
you
suffered
will
haunt
me
for
the
rest
of
my
life,”
she
wrote.
“It
was
my
job
to
protect
you,
honor
you,
and
keep
you
safe,
and
I
became
the
cause
of
your
heartbreak.
I
am
sorry.”

She
continued:
“You
never
gave
up
on
me,
and
you
fought
like
hell
until
you
landed
me
in
safe
harbor.
I
owe
you
my
life.
I
will
work
hard
to
use
this
life
to
leave
it
better,
to
pay
it
forward,
and
to
never
give
up
on
the
power
of
love.”

Kelley
and
Scott
announced
their

divorce
in
June
2025
after
21
years
of
marriage.

“It
is
with
a
heavy
heart
that
Scott
and
I
are
moving
forward
with
the
dissolution
of
our
marriage,”

she
wrote
in
an
Instagram
post,
which
has
since
been
taken
down.
“This
has
been
a
long,
quiet
journey
for
me—rooted
in
hope,
patience,
and
care
for
our
children.
While
I
will
not
speak
publicly
about
the
details,
I
feel
peace
knowing
that
I’ve
done
everything
I
can
to
walk
this
path
with
integrity
and
compassion.”
