One lucky adult and one lucky teenager who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 will become winners Monday in the second round of Massachusetts’ VaxMillions Giveaway. Residents ages 18 and older who are fully vaccinated prior to each drawing will have the opportunity to enter to win one of five $1 million cash prizes. Fully vaccinated residents between 12 and 17 years of age may enter for the chance to win one of five $300,000 scholarship grants.The winners of the first drawing were Darrell Washington, 63, of Weymouth, and Daniela Maldonado, 15, of Chelsea.State officials will draw the names of winners for the second round Monday and contact the winners to confirm their eligibility. Winners then have 24 hours to respond. The identities of the winners will be revealed Thursday. To be eligible, a person must have been vaccinated in Massachusetts.
