The Medicare for All bill just makes sense. Oh, sure, Republicans will continue to do the bidding of the big health insurance companies, calling it “socialism,” or now they seem to like to call it “communism.” Well, they can proselytize until pigs fly, but it won’t change the fact that Medicare for All just makes sense. Taking care of the health needs of all of its citizens is what an advanced, enlightened and compassionate society does. There is nothing radical about prioritizing quality of life. So let’s stop the silly inflammatory rhetoric and get to work bringing Medicare for All to fruition.
