She steadily advanced through leadership roles at Straub Benioff Medical Center before joining the HPHMG team in 2020 as senior director of Surgery, OB-GYN, and Specialty Centers. She was promoted to HPHMG vice president in 2022. Woo has led key strategic initiatives to grow the provider group and expand specialty services, including cardiovascular programs and women’s health. She has also strengthened clinic operations by advancing innovative workforce development programs to address evolving staffing needs, while enhancing patient experience and operational efficiency. Woo earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from San Francisco State University and an MBA from Western Governors University.

He joined HPH in 2021 as vice president and chief information security officer, overseeing IT security operations. His prior experience includes IT leadership roles at HMSA, the Queen’s Health Systems and a global IT systems integrator. A former officer in the Royal Australian Air Force, Lewis brings a global perspective and operational expertise to his work, having served in deployments across the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Over his 15 years with the organization, Chow has held various roles in business operations and financial planning, gaining extensive insights into the organizational structure and clinical operations. Most recently, he served as senior director of financial planning, overseeing organization-wide financial planning and performance monitoring, capital expense management and systemwide growth initiatives across multiple business lines.
