Chippewa Valley legislators seek ER funding, hospital expands due to HSHS closures – Wisconsin Health News

Chippewa Valley legislators want to provide $15 million to support emergency rooms in their region, and an Eau Claire hospital plans to more than double its labor and delivery beds, in the wake of the planned departure of Hospital Sisters Health System and Prevea Health from western Wisconsin.
