THIS IS THE SECOND YEAR TTHA TITLE BOXING CLUB IS TEAMING UP WITH BRING CHANGE TO MIND. WE ARE TEAMING UP TO HELP END THE STIGMA AND DISCRIMINATION SURROUNDING MENTAL ILLNESS. BRING CHANGE TO MIND HAS BEEN AROUND SINCE 2010. WE ARE DOING A TON OF GOOD WORK. WHAT WE ARE DOING IS TODAY ON MAY 21 FOR A INYNDIVIDUAL WHO TAKES A CLASS AT A CLUB, ONLINE ON OUR DIGITAL PLATFORORM ON ONE OF OUR MANY POP-UP EVENTS, TITLE BOXING CLUB IS DONATING FUNDS TO BRING CHANGE TO MIND. WE ARE ALSO RAISING FUNDS ALL MONTH THROUGH SOMETHING THAT WE CALL LOVINGLY TORTURE THE TRAINER. YOU CAN DONATE ONLINE AND CHALLENGE ONE OF OUR TRAINERS THROUGH A VARIETY OF EXERCISES WHETHER THAT IS 100 POWER HOOKS OR TAKING A CLASS WITH YOU. A T LOOF DIFFERENT OPPORTUNITIES. THE WAY WE GOT INVOLVED IS WE FOUND OVER THE YEARS THAT SO MA ONYF OUR MEMBERS TOLD US ABOUT THE MENTAL CLARITY THAT THEY GOT FROM BOXING. WE ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO COME IN. WE ARE ALL BATTLING SOMETHING IN EVER THAT IS. YOU MIGHT NEED TO COME INTO HIT THE HEAVY BAG TOEAVE L WHATEVER STRESS THEY HAVE ON THE HEAVY BAG AND OUR HOPE IS THAT TYHE LEAVE FEELING MORE EMPOWERED AND CONFIDENT AND LESS STRESSED. THEY HOLD LOTS OF EVENTS AND THEY TEDRI TO REALLY TALABK OUT IT. THEIR BIG THING IS LET’S TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH BECAUSE TOO MANY OF US DO NOT TALK ABOUT IT. OVER 50 MILLION AMERICANS ARE DEALING WITH SOME SORT OF MENTAL ILLNESS AND MANY OF THOSE INDIVIDUALS ARE NOT GETTING TREATMENT BECAUSE OF THE STIGMA THAT SURROUNDS IT. WE WANT TO TALK ABOUT THIS. IS SOMETHING WE DO FREQUENTLY WHETHER IT IS OUR OWN TRAINERS ARE MEMBERS. WE WANT TO BE AUTHENTIC ABOUT IT AND TRY TO HELP EACH OTHER BECAUSE WE ARE ALL BATTLING SOMETHING.
