What are your questions about senior living? That Expert Show host Anna Canzano is inviting you to let her know. She’ll get answers for you from her next guest, Grace Ishida. She’s a health care professional with more than 30 years experience in senior living and senior health care. She has worked in geropsychiatric care, hospice care, case management, assisted living and memory care.

The search for senior living options is often sparked by a medical emergency, so navigating it is often stressful and time consuming. You can feel overwhelmed as you begin the journey. Canzano and her featured guest will discuss the levels of care, how to determine which level will meet the needs of your loved one, how to find the “good ones” and how to pay for it.

Ishida expert will also share advice on how to work through the family conflicts that emerge when these transitions and decisions are taking place. Often people do not want to move from their homes and family members “take sides”. It can be very emotional and difficult.
