A
man
wanted
for
murder
in
Mobile
has
been
arrested
in
Greenville.
It
happened
around
11:16
p.m.
Wednesday
in
the
7600
block
of
Elm
Court.
Once
officers
with
the
Mobile
Police
Department
arrived,
they
found
61-year-old
Laurie
Gilchrist
dead
from
a
gunshot
wound.
Officers
also
discovered
a
male
victim
and
a
female
victim
with
life-threatening
injuries.
They
were
taken
to
a
local
hospital
for
treatment.
Upon
further
investigation,
officers
discovered
the
suspect,
identified
as
Devin
Kelly,
shot
the
victims
during
a
domestic
altercation.
Mobile
police
say
Kelly
was
later
taken
into
custody.
Greenville
Police
Chief
Justin
Lovvorn
tells
Action

News
that
his
officers
took
Kelly
into
custody
as
he
was
traveling
through
the
city
after
they
received
a
tip
from
US
Marshals.
Kelly
is
now
in
the
Mobile
County
Metro
Jail.
He’s
charged
with
Capital
Murder,
two
counts
of
Attempted
Murder
and
1st
degree
Domestic
Violence.
