The FDA has approved nadofaragene firadenovec (Adstiladrin) as the first gene therapy for the treatment of high-risk bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG)-unresponsive non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC), the agency announced on Friday.
